Descriptions of classes

Recreational Program

Blended rhythmic Gymnastics & Dance class

Preparations of training for our Future Star competitive programs

Little Star: Young beginner 3-4yrs little Star attends the club once a week (30 min. class with mom). The classes introduce the basics of rhythmic gymnastics & dance in a fun and creative way. The girls work to develop better body posture, hand-eye coordination, flexibility and gracefulness.

Shining Star: Beginner 4-6 yrs Shining Star attends the club once a week (45min/class) Gymnasts practice the basic body movement techniques required in rhythmic gymnastics & dance and work to develop their fitness, flexibility and strength.

Super Star: Intermediate 5 & up Super Star attends the club with once week (75min/class) it is for more advanced young beginning. Gymnasts will learn Pre-team skills, techniques required in rhythmic gymnastics & dance. Use hand-held apparatus ball and/or rope while develops their fitness, flexibility and strength.

Rising Star: Advanced 6 & up Rising Star attends the club with mandatory twice /week (75min/class). Gymnasts who has the ability to progress further, however has no interest in competition. Gymnasts practice for more advanced body movement techniques required in rhythmic gymnastics & dance and continuing to work to develop their fitness, flexibility and strength. Gymnasts also learn more advanced skill on all hand-held apparatus.

Rock Star: Adult rhythmic Gymnastics is specifically for 18 years and older. The program will be focus on physical fitness and fun for rhythmic gymnastics and dance. Never too late to start! Express and have some fun time for yourself!

Tumbling: The class is designed for students who wish to focus on learning and improving acrobatic skills or preparation for audition for their Cheer leading… For the tumbling skills level up to aerial and round-off back handspring.


Competitive Program

Future Star: for Students who have the natural ability and who are emotionally ready to take the challenge and training toward to the rhythmic gymnastics or dance competitions in the future. The Future Star rhythmic gymnastics competitive program follows guideline of USAG & USAIGC program. The future Star dance program will select dance style which is determined by head coach according to group of students’ level of abilities on skills, expressions…Students must attend and commitment with required training hours that offered by All-Star Rhythmic World.

 

All-Star team Program

All-Star Rhythmic Team: for those students who choose to compete Rhythmic Gymnastics USAG or/and USAIGC competitions from local up to national. Entry to All-Star team should be approved by head coach only. Gymnasts in this group are selected based on ability, motivation and commitment, and financial support from parents. Students must commit with required training hours that offered by All-Star Rhythmic World and register as All-Star team member with fee.

All-Star Dance Team: for those Students who have great natural ability and desire to be trained to compete for dance competition from local to national. Entry to All-Star dance team is through audition and by approving of head coach only. Dancers in this group are also selected by ability, motivation and commitment, and financial support from parents. Students must commit with required training hours that offered by All-Star Rhythmic World and register as All-Star team member with fee.

***All groups’ gymnast & dancer practice for biannual club displays, in which all students perform for their families, friends and to the public.

*** All programs of class will be blended with Fashion show skills training in to each class during the month of Dec. & Jun. for All-Star fashion show performance at the recital.

Dress Code: Leotard, dance wear with or without spandex, no jewelry, and long hair neatly pulled back into a ponytail or braid, short hair clipped up and out of eyes, bare feet or rhythmic gymnastics toe shoes.
